  Shanelle (sorry I don't know her last name) was VERY helpful, she answered ALL of my questions (silly or not) with a positive attitude and was extremely informative. Springwood really went that extra mile for customer satisfaction. Thanks again to everyone there!!

  The level of service we receive from Shanelle at Keema Springwood is outstanding. She always listens intently and makes sure we are getting the very best out of our car. Thank you so much Shanelle.   I have never been so disappointed in a company or manager. Not only did they damage my car they refused to take any blame for it. I was then told that even if it was them, it wasn’t worth them fixing it. I was spoken down to and really mistreated - by the manager of servicing. I told the manager that I disliked the way he spoke to me and that I have been a manager before and he should know better. Absolute disgrace, worst part is my husband and I were looking to upgrade to a larger car for our family and we like the sales people at Keema this is where we bought our current car and the purchase was a smooth and pleasant experience but now because of the services manager we will NEVER buy a car from them again. Beyond that I have been ill treated here once before but I decided to give them a second chance. BIG mistake, I will never make again.

  Love the staff there. Shanelle has always been super helpful, and Kylie always listens if I have feedback. Free brekky, and free WiFi, great place!
