  I bought a car from them two years ago and experienced the worst purchasing moment ever. The sales person was so kind and helpful. However their manager and account officer was awful. They were very unkind from the first moment I was introduced. They even expressed their anger claiming that they will not sell the car to me because I had too many doubts and questions about the car. I really wanted the car at that time and there was another potential buyer (maybe it was a just lie or their strategy?) so I apologised and said I will ask no more questions and just buy the car. I regret so much that I said that to them. I will not go there ever again.

  Took photos of my dash before the recall today at Cricks Highway Subaru Springwood (Brisbane). I already had a cracked dash above the cluster area so was iffy about it.

  Came back two hours later and the service advisor (Julian) informed me about the common issues with the sticky/cracked dash. He then showed me the areas where my dashboard was cracked/sticky, and said that he already took photos and emailed them to Subaru Australia to be covered under warranty!

  The young lady was able to take us on a test drive and knew about the different models of Impreza. However somethings she didn’t listen to eg we were not trading a vehicle in but then later asked for us to bring it in to be valued

  To top things off, they washed my car, applied tyre shine, and checked my tyre pressure!! Julian didn't even mention any of this, as I only noticed when I stopped by the servo to check my tyres
