  Was very pleased buying a car from this yard my sales person I dealt with was Tristan 100% customer focused on getting right car for customer but overall review lost a star due to lack of customer service from finance personnel. Overall very happy with car purchased and will go back again in future

  Despite actually buying a luxury/prestigious car from the dealership (now semi-regretful purely due to customer service and not the car itself)... the sales person continuously walked away and seemed uninterested in the customer's interests. Further, I rang 3 weeks after the sale/pick up of the car to inform them that there is an issue with one of the wheels in that the tyre pressure sensor module had detached from the inside of the wheel. I took it to the vehicle's make dealership and they told me to take it back to where I brought it as they should be responsible to fix it. Salters told me I would have to wait 3 weeks to get it in. I explained that the manufacturer said it is a priority to have it fixed... Salters told me I would just have to wait "there is nothing we can do about it". I will now pay for it out of my pocket and cop the fee ($700.00). Although I brought the car, I WILL NOT be recommending Salters Springwood to ANYONE!

  Made an appointment to have my car valued. Cancelled and explained why, dealer said no problems. Weeks after proceded to message and call me continuously and argued with me over text message saying my enquiry was costing them money. What the hell?

  Purchased a 2013 Mirage for my mother. Leigh, Tim and the team were great. They really looked after mum and went out of their way to help get the car delivered to Canberra. I would definitely recommend.
