    There were 17 days in between the sale and delivery date of our vehicle. During that time there was multiple emails, phone calls and text messages without any request for any more money or documents. The morning of the delivery, 15 minutes out from arriving at the dealership with my wife to pick up our new car, the salesman rings me and says that I will need an extra $4396 in order to take delivery of the vehicle. They lied and said that the deal was done with the presumption I would provide a dealers license. The salesman made it quite clear when we purchased the vehicle that Landrover Australia don't allow dealer to dealer transaction and this has been confirmed by another dealer and the General Manager of Landrover Australia. They had my money and wouldn't release the vehicle unless they got another $4396. The way I was treated was despicable, I have left phone messages and sent in emails requesting a meeting with them but they won't return my calls or respond to my emails, because they know they are lying. Landrover Australia have said that they can't help. It has ruined my whole experience and will never stop telling people that once Springwood Landrover have your money, they don't care about their customer and will ignore any request they have. Like I said, I don't usually write reviews, but I think it's important that even if this saves one person from having the experience I had, then it was worth it. As I am in the industry, family and friends often come to me before they buy a car and hence this experience has already cost them 2 deals, an Amarok and a Mazda3. Frizelle's Sprinwood Landrover, it's a real shame that you think it's ok to treat your customers this way, because it's not.

    This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I am not usually somebody who would write a review but I think it's important for consumers to know that the team at Frizelle's Springwood Landrover will lie to you in order to get more profit into their sale. This starts from the sales person right through to senior managers. It's unbelievable that car dealers such as this are allowed to operate, their sales tactics are illegal and unethical and I would strongly advise that you don't purchase your car from there. I am in the industry myself and it is car dealers such as this that give the industry a bad name.

    The Service Manager (Lee) from Springwood Land Rover contacted me and has explained the issue that caused the problem. As a show of good faith they have refunded me the cost of rework to our Range Rover Sport ($670), as well as offered us a free service at the next service interval. This has a long way to restoring our faith in this dealership. They could have ignored the issue, but they didn't instead they acknowledge the issue and resolved it. Good on you guys good to see customer service still exists, happy to recommend Springwood Land Rover, if you ever have any issue call and speak to Lee personally, I have confidence he will rectify any issues.

    From the first visit 8 months ago to ordering a custom Disco 4 months ago and final delivery 2 weeks ago has been a very pleasant experience... I met Leo Yin - Salesman the first time I walked in ... he knew I was only after info but spent an hour explaining details and wasn't pushing to sell ... when I chose the Disco as the car (over BMW, Volvo and MB) I decided to give the sale to Leo ... he beat all the offers I had ... kept me informed during manufacture and called me on the day the car arrived in the dealership.

    I have just purchased a new Range Rover Vogue through Mitchell, this being my 3rd Range Rover, and I could not sing his praises highly enough. Indeed the entire team at Springwood Land Rover were exceptional.

    I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I believe it might assist others in making a decision with who they should service their vehicle. Our experience with our Range Rover Sport service, from Springwood Land Rover was unbelievable in a bad way. Our vehicle required replacement of the front crank seal, the work was carried out in the dealers service department. When we collected our vehicle, we were greeted with a bill twice the estimate price. We paid thinking at least we should not have to worry about the leak any further, since we used a rover specialist ...wrong the leak returned within a few days. We weren't too worried thinking that Springwood Land Rover would fix the issue since it was the same issue at no cost to us...wrong again! we were informed by their service manager that we would have to pay again. Their excuse was it was a different seal. Not satisfied with this response we asked for a second opinion from another repair shop. They identified the issue as the front crankcase seal leak, the same seal we have already paid for repairs at Springwood Land Rover. We approved for the seal to be replaced for a second time, yes we had to pay our new mechanic for the same job we has already paid for, but at 25% of the cost we were charged at Springwood Land Rover. We supplied a detailed report and receipts to Springwood Land Rover service manager and owners asking for a refund ...no surprise they have not bothered to contact us. I hope this review will help others.
