  Closing time is 5pm. I called beforehand to ask if I can have car wash, James said yes, I reach there within given time at 3:55pm, and apologizes that we are not busy so we are closing early

  Called to book car wash. Said no bookings just come in we don't close till 5. I drive all the way here and then they say no we been quiet today we going to close early.

  An update to a bad review i gave them...i thought they had left gouges in my new car's paint, but it was only scuff marks. James, the owner, is courteous, helpful, & knows his car care! I recommend them!

  we tried to make a booking but were told to come out and they will wash car at 4pm thursday. when we got there they said too quiet so cant wash the car! (and this was after we were told you can't make a booking which we also tried to do) so we wasted nearly one hour of driving for no purpose - very unprofessional. we used to support these guys and our friends to but no longer will be
