    I really enjoy Yogabox at Go Healthclubs! It offers a good variety of classes at 3-5 different times of the day so it makes it easier to find a time that suits. The Instructors are experienced, friendly and offer options for all levels.

    The cancellation policy of this gym is very unfriendly. We called them in August to close the member ship and they said it was ok. The member ship contract actually ended September but they are still taking money from my credit card. I called them again to ask about this situation but they said a weird policy. We should have received email that says the membership was cancelled. Otherwise, it would keep going. So who's fault is that? Sending out email is my responsibility or yours. Did I have to keep calling you to get that cancellation email? Is this how you treat customers who want to cancel? We normally find out the credit card being charged after you take the money out of it. I had to cancel my credit card instead. I just want to share the bad experience. Easy to be a member but very difficult to stop being a member.

    I also asked the billing team over the phone to confirm that the weekly payments have been arranged. I was told that they were, but the fees would be higher due to a transaction fee - which the girl at reception should have told me in the first place!! Unbelievable.

    the worst experience ever!!! about 5 months ago after my contract has ended i came in to the club to cancel my membership, Crystal asked me why am i canceling i told her its too packed for me and i had moved houses further away from the gym. crystal rangiawha (Manager) told me "its not a good enough excuse to cancel your membership" i was so furious and after 20mins of arguing she agreed to cancel my membership. it took about 4 and half months for them to cancel it and they had charged me for 5 months of membership. Very rude customer service never seen this before all they care about is money. If you want to join a gym DONT JOIN THIS its a rip off and a nightmare to cancel your membership. similar situation happened to my friend they told him the only way to cancel your membership is to refer a friend to join in LOL. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

    Helpful staff with good equipment, possibly on the pricier side of gyms but you do definitely get what you pay for

    Firstly, the cancellation policy is ridiculous. And terrible staff service. I had requested to change payments to weekly instead of fortnightly and asked if it would cost extra. The girl at reception assured me that it wouldn't. Then the next day, 5 weeks worth of fees were taken out in one hit with NO notification/email what so ever. After multiple calls and being left on hold each time, I ended up going in to get that sorted (also to find staff standing there doing nothing while I was on hold!)
