  Contradicting staff. One staff member (young one) was willing to help and knew exactly what to do but an older member wasn't as helpful or friendly. The older staff member didn't know what to do whereas the young staff member was more knowledgeable about scanning goods and using technology. Perhaps the older staff need more training or it's time for the next generation to step in to the roles.

  I make some mistake on my passport application but the lady name Toni just make it easy for me and help to fixed the mistake. Thanks Toni. She very nice. Give her 10 out of 10

  I set up a Parcel Locker for convenience but this one lady didn’t care as she put so kindly “I don’t know who you are.”

  Since shutting down Business Service Counter at back where PO Boxes are, there are now longer queues & waiting at main counter. I've always found staff friendly & efficient.

  The rest of the staff are so lovely, and as I’m in there so damn often, the process is quick and simple.
